.NET Lead Developer

About the role

TransUnion is seeking a senior .NET Lead Developer to lead the FactorTrust Bureau fulfillment and back‑office applications. This remote position reports to the Sr. Manager, Software Development and involves full‑stack ownership from design through production support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of full‑time associates and contractors, providing coaching, mentorship, and upskilling.
• Own the complete software development lifecycle, ensuring operational stability, platform reliability, and successful project delivery.
• Design and implement enterprise‑scale solutions, overseeing system architecture, security, and scalability.
• Drive application support, incident and change management, and meet internal and external SLA targets.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, architecture, DevOps, SRE, data governance, and global corporate teams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve platform capabilities, reliability, and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, STEM or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of software development experience, primarily with Microsoft technologies (.NET Framework, SQL Server).
• Proven experience leading software delivery across the full development lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of credit platform capabilities and enterprise‑scale architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers, conduct code/design reviews, and solve complex problems.
