SharePoint Application Developer

About the role

The SharePoint Application Developer designs, builds, and supports SharePoint solutions that enable collaboration, content management, workflow automation, and business process optimization. The role works closely with business and IT stakeholders to turn requirements into scalable SharePoint applications and integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, applications, workflows, and Power Platform solutions.
• Configure and customize SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 capabilities.
• Integrate SharePoint with enterprise applications and data sources.
• Manage permissions, security, governance, and site architecture.
• Troubleshoot issues, support migrations, and establish development standards.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• Experience with SharePoint Online, SPFx, and Microsoft 365 governance.

Required skills

• SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), site architecture, lists, libraries, content types.
• JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, React.
• REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, JSON, XML, C# for CSOM.
• PowerShell (PnP), Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps.
• Managed metadata, taxonomy, permissions and security management.
