Senior Tax Content Architect – LATAM

About the role

Cargill is seeking a Senior Consultant to act as a Tax Content Architect for its Latin America operations. The role focuses on implementing, governing, and enhancing tax functionality within enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems while improving tax processes across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Support tax technology implementations, gathering local tax requirements and assisting with design, testing, and training for ERP and related applications.
• Build and maintain tax requirements in ERP systems following a standard tax methodology.
• Ensure tax requirements are consistently documented and implemented, including monitoring tax logic and controls within ERP.
• Collaborate with other tax content architects and tax managers to develop unified solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in tax technology, ERP, or related finance environments.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Strong analytical abilities to embed tax requirements in ERP systems.
• Understanding of tax reporting and statutory requirements.
• Experience in an international tax/finance setting.
• Willingness to be based in Rosario (Argentina), Santiago (Chile), San José (Costa Rica) or Mexico City (Mexico).
