Billing Supervisor – Global Financial Services

About the role

Experian Global Financial Services is seeking a Billing Supervisor to manage daily billing operations, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and lead a remote billing team.

Key responsibilities

• Team Leadership – guide the billing team, ensure accurate billing services and timely responses to queries.
• Process Management – maintain billing systems, invoice logs and status updates.
• Performance Management – hold regular one‑on‑one meetings, provide coaching and address employee relations issues.
• Reporting – create reports and indicators to support management decisions.
• Knowledge Transfer and Training – maintain SOPs and implement training plans.
• Process Improvement – identify and recommend efficiency enhancements.
• Quality Assurance – verify process quality and adherence to SOX controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of billing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Familiarity with electronic billing systems and ERP software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations relevant to billing and finance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
