Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Join DHL's global HR Group Functions team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for white‑collar positions across multiple corporate functions, collaborating with hiring managers and HR colleagues worldwide to ensure a professional, people‑focused hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support full‑cycle recruitment for roles in Procurement, Corporate Real Estate, Insurance & Risk Management, Finance, Legal and other functions.
• Prepare and post job advertisements internally and externally.
• Screen applications, shortlist candidates and assist hiring managers in selection.
• Organise interviews, manage offer preparation and maintain regular communication with candidates.
• Utilise diverse sourcing methods such as social media, referrals, direct search and agencies.
• Support hiring managers and employees with recruitment systems and processes.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal standards and are executed efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Strong organisational and process‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, open‑minded and collaborative personality.
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Avature, Taleo or Lumesse.
