Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

We're hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for our Talent Acquisition team in Costa Rica. In this hybrid role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders across the region to identify, engage, and hire the talent that drives Veeam's growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, from sourcing through offer negotiation and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build effective sourcing and interview strategies.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, and job boards.
• Conduct in‑depth candidate screening and assessment to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Provide market insights, talent mapping, and hiring trend data to support workforce planning.
• Manage offer negotiations and coordinate with People Partner and compensation teams.
• Maintain candidate records in Greenhouse and build strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.

Required profile

• 7+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast‑paced tech or software environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (C1 level minimum).
• Proven experience sourcing and hiring for technical, support, and sales positions.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to consult and influence hiring managers at all levels.
• Solid understanding of recruiting metrics, sourcing strategies, and labor market trends.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
