Senior Supply Chain Operations Analyst – Reverse Logistics

About the role

We are seeking a Reverse Logistics Planning Planner to join our Reverse Supply Chain team. In this position you will design and implement planning processes, develop service parts forecasts, and ensure service readiness for electric products across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop accurate service parts forecasts for products in North America, Europe, and Asia.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, and Operations to meet service requirements.
• Manage component inventory for warranty needs, balancing service levels with excess and obsolescence risks.
• Analyze repair and component usage data to identify lifecycle trends.
• Support Last Time Buy decisions with reliable demand models and forecasts.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams and external vendors to execute planning activities.
• Contribute to the improvement of reverse supply chain planning processes.
• Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or related supply chain functions.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, global environment.
