Logistics Coordinator – Remote (Costa Rica)

About the role

As a Logistics Coordinator based in Costa Rica (fully remote), you will play a key role in strengthening Arxada's transportation performance through data‑driven decision making, operational excellence, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders and logistics partners. You will manage outbound customer shipments and stock transfers across multiple transportation modes while identifying opportunities to enhance service quality, optimize costs, and improve network efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and logistics providers to ensure efficient, reliable, and ethical logistics operations.
• Analyze transportation and logistics data to identify trends, cost‑saving opportunities, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Leverage KPIs and metrics to provide actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision‑making.
• Collaborate across functions to drive process improvements, optimize supply chain networks, and support change initiatives.
• Act as a trusted analytics partner, translating complex logistics data into clear recommendations for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Associate degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret large datasets.
• Knowledge of SAP or strong aptitude for learning ERP systems.
• Understanding of all modes of transportation and logistics operations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional and global teams.
• Professional proficiency in English.
