About the role
The Senior Supervisor, Health Services leads the Employee Health & Well‑Being shift for manufacturing employees in Costa Rica. Reporting to the Campus Lead, this licensed nurse or doctor ensures the health strategy aligns with global standards and local regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Employee Health & Well‑Being Campus Lead on the design and functional definition of the Costa Rica operating model, incorporating local laws and J&J global standards.
- Support the Campus Lead in building and leading a high‑performing health services team.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations as well as corporate procedures.
- Act as an occupational people leader, providing direct health support to manufacturing staff during shifts.
Required profile
- Licensed nurse or medical doctor with experience in occupational health.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Costa Rican health regulations and J&J global health standards.
