Senior Specialist, HR Technology

About the role

Join our HR Technology team as a Senior Specialist focused on configuring and supporting Global Talent Acquisition and Talent Management solutions. You will work in a matrixed, global environment, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to enhance HR processes and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Execute heavy configuration within Workday, concentrating on Recruiting and Talent modules.
• Support and configure third‑party talent acquisition platforms, including Phenom People and Ajinga.
• Assess, prioritize, and manage new business requests, recommending technical alternatives to improve HRIS processes.
• Partner closely with HR Technology Process leads, Global Centers of Excellence, and Operations teams.
• Apply technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex business problems independently and collaboratively.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years HRIS, IT, or HR Operations experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 6 years with a high‑school diploma).
• At least 2 years hands‑on Workday Global Talent Acquisition/Recruiting or Talent configuration.
• Experience translating business requirements into system functionality.
• 2 years leading or executing User Acceptance Testing and end‑to‑end system testing.
• Strong understanding of data‑privacy principles and project leadership in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
