Senior Recruiter, G&A and Marketing

About the role

Elastic, a search AI company, is growing and is looking for a highly motivated recruiter to join its global talent team. As a Talent Advisor, you will support the G&A (Finance, IT, HR, Legal) and Marketing teams, driving the full recruitment process for a variety of roles and levels such as Product Marketing Managers, Accountants, Attorneys, Salesforce Developers and Facilities Coordinators.

Key responsibilities

• Identify the right people, engage them and manage the full hiring process
• Build strong relationships with hiring teams and act as an advisor and partner to build healthy candidate pipelines and fill current openings
• Craft and improve a consistent, excellent candidate experience
• Take part in developing, implementing and completing recruiting strategies with the global recruiting team
• Act as an Elastic brand ambassador before, during and after recruitment, helping build the talent brand and pipeline

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruiting experience across corporate G&A and marketing functions, ideally from both agency and corporate environments
• Demonstrable experience recruiting for a fast-paced company, such as a software company, start-up or similar
• Ability to collaborate with and influence hiring managers and executives throughout the cycle
• Ability to articulate the Elastic value proposition to candidates and to build relationships by phone, email and social media

Required skills

• Solid understanding of ATS tools (Greenhouse is a bonus)
• Attention to detail and ability to balance multiple requests
• Business acumen and sharp listening
