HR Benefits Operations Analyst (LATAM)

About the role

Citi is hiring a Benefits Analyst 1, a trainee professional role within its HR Benefits Operations team for the LATAM region. The analyst supports health and insurance, pension and retirement, and some time and absence processes, and works closely with colleagues to deliver accurate, compliant benefits services.

Key responsibilities

• Perform business analysis for the Benefits and Time & Absence operations organization for the LATAM region.
• Review and check each task developed in the team.
• Manage daily requests received via ServiceNow and Workday, ensuring they are completed on time.
• Ensure reward practices comply with relevant regulatory recommendations and requirements.
• Interpret data and make recommendations for employees based on the type of requests received.
• Assess risk in business decisions, uphold compliance with laws, rules and regulations, and escalate, manage and report control issues transparently.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or university degree, or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in HR roles.
• Advanced English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple priorities, with proven organization and time management skills.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on MS Excel.
• Knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow is desirable.
