Senior Recruiter (Contractor) – Remote, Costa Rica

About the role

Workfully is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join its network of independent recruiters on a contractor basis. The role is fully remote, based in Costa Rica, and focuses on sourcing, placing, and managing talent for a variety of global clients across more than 40 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates for diverse roles including GTM/commercial, technology, pharma/life‑science, and blue‑collar positions.
• Manage client relationships, understand hiring needs, and provide regular updates.
• Collaborate with clients to share candidate pipelines and ensure smooth hand‑offs.
• Utilise Workfully’s platform tools (ATS, CRM, multiposting, scheduling) to streamline the recruitment process.
• Maintain a personal talent audience and build personal branding within the community.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in‑house or agency.
• Proven sourcing and client‑management capabilities.
• Experience hiring for multiple functional areas (commercial, tech, pharma, blue‑collar).
• Fluent English; additional local language(s) a plus.
• Based in Costa Rica.

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) usage.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
