Senior Project Manager – Remote (Costa Rica or Mexico)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead digital initiatives for our clients across Costa Rica or Mexico, working fully remotely. The role involves overseeing end‑to‑end delivery of omni‑channel, loyalty, marketplace and front‑end projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver digital projects from inception through implementation.
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including business users, architects, QA, release, engineering and other project managers.
• Apply both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to drive metric‑focused outcomes.
• Leverage AI agents and large language models (Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to enhance project efficiency.

Required profile

• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in digital product delivery.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and manage complex budgets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).

Required skills

• JIRA for project execution.
• Confluence for reporting and documentation.
• Experience with AI agents and Large Language Models (Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT).
• Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
