Senior Product Manager

About the role

West Monroe is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of technology products that generate measurable business outcomes. The role works closely with business stakeholders, clients, engineers, architects, and design teams to turn complex requirements into scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and release plans aligned to business outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders and customers to understand needs and identify product opportunities.
• Translate business needs into actionable product requirements, backlogs, and priorities.
• Guide engineering teams through Agile delivery and resolve technical, resource, and prioritization blockers.
• Apply AI across the software development lifecycle to accelerate discovery, development, testing, and delivery.
• Identify opportunities for AI‑enabled features, automation, and workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to evaluate technical solutions and trade‑offs.
• Drive product adoption and continuously improve capabilities based on data and customer feedback.
• Define and track KPIs for adoption, quality, cycle time, business impact, and ROI.
• Ensure alignment with architecture, security, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI standards.

Required profile

• Strong product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management expertise.
• Extensive experience collaborating with engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• Proven ability to balance business value, customer needs, technical feasibility, and delivery constraints.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication of complex technical concepts.
• Data‑driven decision‑making with focus on adoption metrics and ROI.
