Senior PMO Analyst – Global New Product Development

About the role

The Global New Product Development (NPD) PMO is seeking a Senior PMO Analyst to strengthen portfolio management, drive AI adoption, and lead continuous improvement across all business units. Reporting to the VP NPD PMO, you will work globally to create automated, reliable processes that enable faster decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire, analyse, and report NPD project data (scope, resources, cost/benefit, schedule, performance) to improve portfolio visibility.
• Publish accurate project status information and create visualisations that support leadership decisions.
• Implement and manage project management tools and templates, including Copilot, Planner, Monday.com, Jira, and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Expand practical AI use within the NPD operating model to boost productivity and reduce manual effort.
• Maintain and enhance standard dashboards, reports, learning materials, and the NPD intranet site.
• Own the Continuous Improvement Program, facilitate Kaizens, and standardise work across the NPD community.
• Evaluate and optimise NPD processes through workflow analysis, automation, and waste reduction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of global experience in a multinational environment, preferably within product development or PMO functions.
