Senior Paid Advertising Strategist – Ecommerce

About the role

The Senior Paid Advertising Strategist leads performance‑marketing strategy and execution for high‑value ecommerce accounts. You will own campaign planning, optimization, reporting and client communication while leveraging AI tools and the Nova ecosystem to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance‑marketing strategy and execution across marquee accounts, ensuring delivery against all client goals.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance to prevent errors that could negatively impact client revenue.
• Maintain accurate budget pacing and provide recommendations for budget adjustments.
• Demonstrate expert‑level proficiency in at least two major ad channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, YouTube, Snapchat).
• Proactively surface strategic opportunities and risks, delivering recommendations ahead of client requests.
• Analyze campaign data and client‑specific sources of truth to develop optimization plans.
