Senior Network Engineer

About the role

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, configure and support complex data, voice, storage and video networks across its global operations. The role combines advanced network architecture with hands‑on implementation and mentorship of junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement regional network solutions supporting new business, organic growth, M&A and application services, including switches, routers, firewalls, VPN gateways, IP telephony, IVR, ACD, SD‑WAN, WAN accelerators and load balancers.
• Provide full operational support for global and regional network services, handling most issues independently and escalating only the most complex cases.
• Maintain organized project tracking to meet deadlines and ensure reliable service delivery.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, sharing best practices and technical guidance.
• Update and maintain network documentation with new findings and configurations.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of relevant experience in network engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering or a related field.
• Active Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification.
• Strong analytical, communication and multicultural interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage stress and maintain confidentiality.
