Senior Motion Designer (Contractor)

About the role

Publicis Sapient is looking for a Senior Motion Designer to join its creative team on a contract basis. The role focuses on producing high‑quality 3D and 2D motion graphics that enhance brand storytelling across campaigns and digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative, marketing and production teams to develop visually compelling motion graphics for campaigns, websites and multimedia projects.
• Translate concepts into polished animations, ensuring consistency in colour, lighting, composition and storytelling.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in animation or motion graphics, preferably in an agency or studio environment.
• Strong eye for detail, colour, lighting and composition.
• Excellent communication in English and a proactive, problem‑solving attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro and Illustrator.
• Experience with 3D software such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Familiarity with Figma, Photoshop and video editing tools like Final Cut Pro.
• Understanding of digital and social media formats, optimisation for web and mobile.
