Senior Manager, People Partner – Global Tech

About the role

The Senior Manager, People Partner for Global Tech is a strategic HR leader supporting Corporate Technology Services across Mexico and Costa Rica. Based in Costa Rica, the role serves as the primary people partner for the CTS hub, driving associate experience, organizational health, and hub‑level priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with CTS leaders to shape and execute people strategies aligned with business priorities and growth plans.
• Act as the trusted advisor to senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, workforce planning, and change management.
• Lead core talent processes such as talent reviews, succession planning, performance discussions, and promotion planning.
• Use people analytics and AI‑enabled tools to inform decisions, monitor outcomes, and improve People practices responsibly.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a strategic People Partner or HR leader in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to advise and influence senior leaders across multiple locations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills with sound judgment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Practical fluency in AI‑enabled ways of working and people analytics.
• Knowledge of multi‑country HR compliance and employment practices.
