Employee Experience Intern

About the role

The Employee Experience Intern will support a range of people‑focused programs that shape how employees connect, grow, and thrive at Moody's. This role offers hands‑on experience with employee experience initiatives, data analysis, and HR technologies through mentorship and project‑based learning.

Key responsibilities

• Support Employee Experience programs such as onboarding, recognition, employee listening, and engagement surveys.
• Collect, organize, and analyze employee data to identify trends and generate insights for decision‑making.
• Assist with project coordination by conducting research, maintaining documentation, preparing meeting materials, and tracking milestones.
• Create presentations, reports, dashboards, and communications that convey program results and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Students in their third year of university working toward a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Management, Psychology, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related business field.
• Anticipated graduation in 2028.
• Interest in artificial intelligence concepts and responsible AI practices.

Required skills

• Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
• Knowledge of dashboard and reporting tools, preferably Power BI.
