Senior Manager, Capital PMO & Site Master Planning

About the role

The Senior Manager, Capital PMO & Site Master Planning leads the governance, prioritisation and strategic planning of CPS’s multi‑year capital investment portfolio. This role ensures disciplined portfolio management across greenfield expansions, brownfield modernisations and plant renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and operate the Capital PMO framework, enforcing stage‑gate compliance, risk management and executive visibility.
• Integrate project teams, regional engineering groups and platform leaders to provide portfolio‑level insights and optimisation recommendations.
• Develop, maintain and govern integrated portfolio schedules, milestone tracking and executive dashboards.
• Lead continuous improvement of project management standards and portfolio processes.
• Define and maintain Site Master Plan standards, supporting long‑term capacity, logistics, sustainability and growth requirements.
• Provide governance for the implementation of approved master‑plan initiatives and capture lessons learned.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with extensive experience in capital project management and PMO leadership.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex portfolios across multiple regions and disciplines.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in risk assessment, resource optimisation and executive reporting.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate across engineering, operations and senior leadership.
