About the role

We are looking for an Electromechanical Technician to join the maintenance team at the El Salto plant located in Liberia. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of mechanical and electrical equipment through both preventive and corrective actions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks on plant machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and execute corrective repairs to minimize downtime.
• Interpret technical diagrams, schematics and blue‑prints to guide maintenance work.
• Maintain and service industrial boilers and compressors.
• Collaborate with other technicians to uphold safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Graduate of a Technical Vocational School or the National Institute of Learning (INAP) as an Electromechanical Technician.
• Proven experience in an industrial environment, specifically with mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and plans.
