Senior Lifecycle Marketing Strategist – Klaviyo Expert

About the role

The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Strategist will design and execute retention programs for high‑growth DTC ecommerce brands, primarily built on Shopify. You will partner with client stakeholders to create data‑driven strategies that boost revenue and deepen customer engagement across email, SMS, and loyalty channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive lifecycle marketing roadmaps aligned with client goals, historical performance, and scoped service hours.
• Identify and implement automated flows, campaign strategies, segmentation frameworks, experimentation plans, and cross‑channel opportunities.
• Serve as a strategic advisor, leading client discussions, presentations, and addressing complex lifecycle questions.
• Analyze performance data, produce actionable insights, and communicate growth opportunities through reports and presentations.
• Monitor scope of services, flag potential risks, and ensure recommendations stay within contracted hours.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategy with execution and provide quality assurance on campaign deliverables.

Required profile

• Proven experience in lifecycle or retention marketing for Shopify‑based DTC ecommerce brands.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and advisory skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize initiatives based on business impact.
