Senior Internal Project Manager

About the role

Hyland is seeking a Senior Internal Project Manager to lead service design and new service introduction initiatives from concept through launch and operational hand‑over. The role coordinates cross‑functional teams, ensures strategic alignment, and drives timely delivery of service offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage service design and portfolio initiatives through the New Service Introduction (NSI) process, creating integrated project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Facilitate governance activities, stage‑gate reviews, and executive decision‑making forums, guiding stakeholders through NSI deliverables.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities across Service Portfolio Management, Product Management, Delivery, Customer Success, Support, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Enablement, and Operations.
• Partner with Service Portfolio Owners to develop and launch new or enhanced services, leading stakeholder meetings and communication plans.
• Oversee launch readiness, ensuring operational requirements, tooling, documentation, and training are in place before go‑live.
• Prepare executive‑level updates, track project health, risks, and decisions, and improve service design workflows and governance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects or programs in a matrixed environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance models, and change management principles.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Analytical, critical‑thinking, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills with experience creating executive communications.
