Key responsibilities

• Advise and influence hiring managers on recruitment strategies and market trends.
• Make strong decisions and solve problems effectively.
• Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience with a customer‑service mindset.
• Monitor labour market trends and provide talent intelligence.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Effective communication with candidates, executives, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Skilled in providing constructive feedback and handling difficult conversations.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Results‑driven and accountable.
