Senior FP&A Specialist – SAP Analytics Cloud

About the role

Within the Global Business Solutions organization, the Senior FP&A Specialist supports the SAC‑P Center of Excellence throughout the FP&A forecasting cycle. The role ensures planning activities are executed efficiently, system data stays accurate, and business transactions are optimized across SAP platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage SAC planning workstreams, aligning them with project objectives, timelines and business priorities.
• Design, support and implement SAC data models for effective planning, analysis and reporting.
• Develop and maintain import and live connections across SAP and non‑SAP systems.
• Leverage SAC for Workforce, OPEX and CAPEX modeling and provide insights.
• Oversee daily HANA Studio operations, ensuring platform availability, performance and scheduled maintenance.
• Manage security, access controls and audit support in coordination with IT security teams.
• Troubleshoot data, connectivity and system issues, partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics or Computer Application.
• Minimum 4 years of FP&A and SAC planning experience in large or complex systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to work independently.
• Fluency in English and excellent written and verbal communication.
