Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst will support the fast‑growing Operations organization within Equifax’s Workforce Solutions division. You will lead budgeting, forecasting and month‑end close analysis for assigned areas and partner closely with senior leadership to deliver clear financial insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecast cycles, rolling forecasts and the annual budgeting process for expense FP&A teams.
• Produce monthly financial reports, analyze variances against budgets and forecasts, and communicate findings to business partners and senior management.
• Act as a financial advisor to the Operations Leadership Team, providing insights on trends, headcount, and expense drivers.
• Develop analytical reporting and visualizations to support strategic decisions.
• Support cost‑reduction and efficiency projects across Operations.
• Conduct ad‑hoc ROI analysis on growth initiatives and cost‑saving opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
• 6–10 years of progressive FP&A experience with strong financial modeling skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build strategic partnerships across all organization levels.
• Strong analytical mindset with the discipline to manage competing priorities and strict deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced expertise in Oracle Hyperion and Oracle Essbase.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Highly proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, etc.).
• Experience manipulating and visualizing complex datasets using SQL (nice‑to‑have).
