Source to Pay Manager

About the role

The Source to Pay (S2P) Manager will lead and transform procurement and sourcing operations for the Americas region from Bridgestone Business Services in Costa Rica. This senior role drives the evolution of a world‑class shared services procurement organization, delivering cost savings, process efficiencies and digital procurement solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute procurement transformation roadmaps, establishing best‑in‑class sourcing methodologies, governance frameworks and policies.
• Lead supplier selection processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP), support contract negotiations and drive supplier consolidation to maximize value.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies across multiple spend categories and monitor market trends to inform business decisions.
• Leverage spend analytics to identify savings opportunities, monitor performance through KPIs and dashboards, and reduce maverick spending.
• Optimize and adopt SAP Ariba, SAP ERP and other procurement technologies, improving end‑to‑end Source‑to‑Pay processes.
• Coach and develop procurement professionals, building capability in sourcing, supplier management, analytics and operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Engineering or related field; MBA or Licenciatura preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or category management within shared services environments, with 3‑5 years of leadership experience.
• Proven track record of leading procurement transformation, regional or multinational programs, and supplier negotiations.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• SAP Ariba and SAP ERP procurement modules.
• Coupa (preferred) and other procurement analytics/spend management tools.
• Advanced Excel, data analysis and Power BI for reporting and visualization.
