Senior Buyer – Procurement & Supplier Management

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Buyer to lead the procurement process for materials, components and services supporting operational and administrative functions. The role ensures timely delivery, product quality and cost objectives while maintaining compliance with corporate policies and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sourcing strategies that drive cost savings, optimize supplier selection, and align with business goals.
• Own end‑to‑end procurement lifecycle, guaranteeing on‑time delivery and continuity of supply from domestic and international vendors.
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to improve performance, resolve issues and mitigate risks in delivery, quality and cost.
• Participate in negotiations on pricing, Incoterms and lead times to influence commercial outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with corporate purchasing policies and ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 standards, minimizing audit risk.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and traceability to support audits, reporting and operational transparency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in industrial or indirect procurement.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international purchasing processes and cost control.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with international suppliers.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems (intermediate level).
• Knowledge of Incoterms.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
• Ability to manage procurement documentation and traceability.
