Senior Business Analyst – Finance & Supply Chain

About the role

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead finance and supply‑chain analytics for its iconic brands. You will design, develop and maintain regional cost and distribution reports that enable data‑driven decisions across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve a suite of regional cost and distribution analytics aligned with stakeholder needs.
• Produce high‑quality reports on COGS variance, monthly results vs. standard cost, actual vs. forecast, and cost component trends (raw material prices, overheads, etc.).
• Drive self‑service adoption by training stakeholders and creating supporting documentation.
• Prepare and deliver cost, COGS and inventory valuation data to auditors, government entities and other external parties.
• Ensure adherence to financial controls, policies and audit procedures within the assigned area.
• Consistently meet Service Level Agreements for FP&A processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance or a related field.
• 8+ years of finance experience supporting supply‑chain or operations functions.
• Hands‑on exposure to supply‑chain finance areas such as materials, logistics and manufacturing.
• Strong background in cost accounting, forecasting and business analysis.
• Proven ability to generate insights from data, identify risks and opportunities, and perform variance analysis.
