Accounts Receivable Cash Associate

About the role

The Accounts Receivable Cash Associate supports daily AR cash‑application operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer payments, refunds, write‑offs and account adjustments for assigned regions. The role contributes to clean customer accounts, meets SLA targets, and supports month‑end close and audit requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Process cash applications, account corrections, refunds, write‑offs and adjustments within established SLAs.
• Validate supporting documentation before executing financial transactions.
• Serve as point of contact for complex cases, escalations and process questions.
• Identify process gaps and propose automation or SOP improvements.
• Provide training and coaching to team members as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in AR, Billing or related operations.
• Advanced English communication skills (B2+).

Required skills

• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Experience with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce (SFDC).
• Strong Excel skills and willingness to use analytics tools such as Power BI.
