Senior Billing Specialist (Hybrid, Costa Rica)

About the role
We are seeking a self‑starter Senior Billing Specialist to join our Order to Cash team in Costa Rica. The role is hybrid and involves processing complex international sales orders, managing invoicing, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Process sales orders in our CRM system, create quotes and opportunities in Salesforce, and ensure billing schedules match contract amendments.
- Manage e‑invoicing, reconcile payments, review errors, and handle credit/rebill adjustments.
- Investigate and resolve billing queries, audit sales orders, issue refunds, and perform month‑end accruals and reporting.
- Partner with the Collections Team to identify and resolve billing issues and contribute to policy updates and process improvements.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or accounting.
- Self‑starter with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented, honest, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
