About the role
We are seeking a Billing Analyst II to manage daily billing operations, maintain accurate customer profiles, and ensure timely invoicing. The role involves working closely with customers and internal teams to resolve billing issues and support the full invoicing cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily billing operations, including updating and maintaining customer profiles.
- Create and distribute customer invoices promptly and efficiently.
- Process new customer setups, review contracts, and execute the invoicing cycle.
- Resolve disputes and discrepancies related to customer profiles, billing, and invoicing.
Required profile
- High School Diploma.
- Advanced spoken and written English (B2 or C1).
- 1–2 years working in an accounting environment.
- 1–2 years of university coursework in Business, Finance, or Accounting, or a technical degree in Accounting.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Oracle knowledge.
- Salesforce or CRM experience.
- Proficiency with Excel.
