About the role

Handle prospect and resident calls and convert leads into leases for a US residential property‑management business while working remotely from Costa Rica.

Key responsibilities

Manage phone‑based leasing and sales conversations with prospects and residents.
Follow up with leads, maintain customer relationships, and coordinate residential leasing operations.

Required profile

Professional phone‑based sales, customer‑relationship management or leasing‑operations experience.
Fluent English with a warm, engaging and persuasive phone manner.
Experience in US residential property‑management or leasing.

Required skills

Familiarity with property‑management software such as AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi or RentManager.
Experience with CRM and lead‑follow‑up tools.
