Senior Associate – Finance & Accounting (I2C)

About the role

The Senior Associate will handle collections, invoice processing, and cash application activities for our clients. You will work closely with AR teams across entities, ensuring accurate allocation of payments and timely resolution of disputes.

Key responsibilities

• Make collection calls, email/fax invoices, and mail hard‑copy invoices as requested.
• Allocate cash in line with customer remittances, validate payments and report to the business.
• Collaborate with all AR entities, monitor aged receivables and maintain ageing buckets.
• Act as Subject Matter Specialist for AR processes and maintain end‑to‑end cash‑application workflow.
• Create and update Standard Operating Procedures and handle client queries.
• Identify and resolve unidentified cash, ensuring Daily Receipt Reconciliation is completed accurately.
• Follow up on internal and external disputes, coordinate between departments for resolution.
• Reconcile orders with customer books, validate credits/debits and manage collections or refunds.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance (or Master’s in Finance).
• Relevant certifications such as Accounts Payable, AML, CFE, FMVA, Power BI are a plus.
• Experience working with real‑estate clients is preferred.
