About the role
Citi’s Data Solutions Production Management team is looking for a Senior Applications Support Analyst to own the operation of critical reference‑data applications that underpin the bank’s Markets, Services, Banking and Functions businesses. In this global position you will work with a high‑performing team that leverages AI‑driven automation and modern reliability techniques to deliver a world‑class client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical and business support to Citi users, handling daily queries and issues while improving stability, efficiency and risk management.
- Resolve critical incidents, prioritize and escalate as needed, communicate with stakeholders, and conduct post‑mortems and root‑cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Support planning and execution of system changes, including application releases, infrastructure maintenance and business continuity tests, ensuring production stability.
- Maintain and optimise production monitoring and observability tools to proactively detect and address issues.
