About the role

Citi’s Data Solutions Production Management team is looking for a Senior Applications Support Analyst to own the operation of critical reference‑data applications that underpin the bank’s Markets, Services, Banking and Functions businesses. In this global position you will work with a high‑performing team that leverages AI‑driven automation and modern reliability techniques to deliver a world‑class client experience.

Key responsibilities

Provide technical and business support to Citi users, handling daily queries and issues while improving stability, efficiency and risk management.
Resolve critical incidents, prioritize and escalate as needed, communicate with stakeholders, and conduct post‑mortems and root‑cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
Support planning and execution of system changes, including application releases, infrastructure maintenance and business continuity tests, ensuring production stability.
Maintain and optimise production monitoring and observability tools to proactively detect and address issues.
