Creative Execution Manager

About the role

The Creative Execution Manager partners with internal teams to design and flawlessly execute marketing campaigns that meet business goals, ensuring compliance and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are designed and executed flawlessly.
• Implement test strategies, develop campaign schedules, conduct BAU auditing, and identify potential issues.
• Assess impacts and determine need for additional testing to maintain channel integrity.
• Collaborate with business partners to drive acquisition growth and customer engagement.
• Identify and manage issues to resolution.
• Assist with monthly budget reconciliation and marketing invoice processing.
• Manage internal legal and creative reviews and approvals for campaigns.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and Citi policies.

Required profile

• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent project management skills.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creative problem solving and a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Series 7 license.
• Series 63 license.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
