Senior Administrative and Cash Based Interventions Associate (G7)

About the role

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a Senior Administrative and Cash Based Interventions (CBI) Associate to support the programme in Costa Rica. Reporting to the Protection Coordinator and the AVR National Project Officer (Operations), the incumbent will manage all administrative, logistical and cash‑based intervention aspects of the project.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day administration of the programme, ensuring compliance with IOM policies and donor requirements.
• Coordinate logistical arrangements for CBI activities, including procurement, distribution and reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records, monitor budgets and provide oversight of cash disbursements.
• Manage databases and documentation, guaranteeing data integrity and timely updates.
• Support innovation and the use of digital tools to improve programme efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field with at least five years of relevant experience, or a high‑school diploma with seven years of experience.
• Prior experience with international humanitarian, non‑governmental or governmental organisations in a multicultural environment is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, discretion, client‑oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
