Virtual Executive Assistant – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

Viva is looking for a Virtual Executive Assistant to support fast‑growing US and Canadian startups. The role is fully remote and open to candidates in several Latin American countries. You will work closely with up to three executives, helping them stay organized and ahead of their priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel arrangements and expense reporting.
• Build and improve workflows, trackers and documentation.
• Support projects, reporting and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate across teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Track deadlines, dependencies and deliverables.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose better systems.
