Marketing Specialist (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Marketing Specialist to design and manage AI‑enabled workflows that support enterprise‑level production. This remote position allows you to influence pipeline generation and brand visibility while collaborating with cross‑functional teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage systems for intake, processing, and optimization of production requests.
• Own end‑to‑end production projects from request through delivery.
• Create and maintain automations and integrations for related workflows such as surveys and content audits using AI and no‑code tools.
• Maintain workflow documentation, version control, and ensure brand and quality compliance across all deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing projects.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with AI tools and workflow integration.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Nice to have: experience supporting cross‑functional initiatives, using no‑code/low‑code platforms, and background in B2B or tech marketing.
