Sales Manager

About the role

TCS Costa Rica is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead partner‑facing teams, drive sales execution, and ensure high‑quality partner engagement across multiple portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Team leadership and performance management of PBA and PTA resources, ensuring KPI delivery and quality standards.
• Guide partners in business‑plan development, co‑sell strategies and GTM motions, overseeing pipeline and deal progression.
• Coordinate between partner‑facing teams, sellers and internal stakeholders to resolve execution blockers and align priorities.
• Orchestrate solution‑area programs to accelerate sales, monitor results and drive continuous improvement.
• Measure performance through dashboards and reports, analyse trends and use insights for coaching and prioritisation.
• Lead adoption of new tools, programs and GTM priorities, collaborating with Sales Excellence and enablement teams.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (interviews conducted in English).
• Proven experience managing sales, sales support or partner‑facing teams in a performance‑driven environment.
• Experience leading virtual and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using dashboards and performance reporting tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and escalation handling abilities.
