Sales Account Management Representative

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, chats and online channels.
• Convert leads into active clients while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Manage existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long‑term retention.
• Execute reactivation campaigns, upsells, deposits and cross‑selling initiatives as assigned by management.
• Monitor and analyze sales and account performance using CRM/SharePoint tools.
• Provide inbound support during P1‑level incidents and adapt to varying schedules as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or sales within dynamic, fast‑paced environments.
• Strong ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Experience using SharePoint for tracking and collaboration.
