Account Management Representative

About the role

The Standard Account Management Representative works an assigned outbound pool, proactively reaching out to customers rather than waiting for inbound contacts. Success is measured by volume, consistency, disciplined campaign execution, and revenue generated from proactive outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Dial into the outbound pool on a planned cadence, following tier‑specific campaign types and calling windows.
• Systematically work through the pool, prioritising high‑volume, consistent outreach to cold accounts.
• Maintain strong knowledge of current bonuses, promotions, and terms to present accurate offers.
• Follow the AM Playbook call blueprint: professional opening, active listening, discovery, offer presentation, objection handling, and clear close.
• Identify and reactivate inactive accounts using appropriate re‑engagement approaches.
• Meet weekly dial, contact, and monthly revenue targets for the Standard tier.
• Log every interaction accurately and complete follow‑up actions on time.
• Adhere to compliance standards, stopping revenue conversations when risk signals appear.
• Handle required inbound and Decline Board contacts with the same professionalism as outbound work.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
• 2‑4 years in customer‑facing sales or account‑management roles, or 1‑2 years in customer service.
• Outbound experience is mandatory.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrencies is a plus.
• Flexibility to adapt schedules to meet business needs.
