Remote MLOps Engineer – Up to $34/hr

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a fully remote AI training program. You will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate responses for quality, and create coding challenges that help improve model performance. The position is project‑based, asynchronous, and suitable for engineers at any career stage.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.
• Legal authorization to work in any listed Latin American country.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
• Background in full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile, or related engineering disciplines.
