Remote Digital Marketing Manager (AI Focus)

About the role

The Ledger Law Firm is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and expand its digital presence from Costa Rica. This fully remote role blends traditional digital marketing expertise with hands‑on use of artificial‑intelligence tools to boost performance, automation, and workflow efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage Google Ads/PPC campaigns, including structure, keyword strategy, bidding, testing and conversion optimisation.
• Develop and execute SEO and content‑marketing strategies.
• Track leads, conversions, ROI and other performance metrics.
• Work on landing‑page optimisation and conversion‑rate improvement.
• Support social‑media and other digital advertising initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for advertising, content creation, research, analytics, automation and workflow enhancements.
• Identify emerging AI technologies and marketing tools that can raise performance.
• Collaborate with attorneys, management, vendors and the internal marketing team.
• Produce reports and actionable recommendations based on campaign data.
• Continuously test new marketing strategies and technologies.

Required profile

• Proven professional experience in digital marketing, preferably in a lead‑generation or professional‑services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and PPC advertising.
• Demonstrated experience using AI in real‑world marketing projects.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Highly organised, able to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Creative, analytical and results‑driven mindset.
