Remote DevOps Engineer – AI Code Review & Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking a Remote DevOps Engineer to join a paid AI training program focused on evaluating and improving AI‑generated code. This asynchronous, project‑based role is ideal for software engineers across Latin America who want flexible, remote work while contributing to AI model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate code produced by AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI responses.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Eligibility to work legally in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
