Key responsibilities

• Support the Recruiting area by identifying and making initial contact with potential candidates.
• Propose innovative methods for candidate sourcing.
• Identify opportunities to improve current recruitment processes.
• Manage job postings on various portals and evaluate incoming applications.
• Analyze professional profiles on job portals for open searches.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude and strong teamwork capability.
• High attention to detail in daily tasks.
• Advanced level of English.
