About the role

Join INDI’s Recruiting Team as a Remote Customer Care Representative. You will work on diverse projects with multicultural teams worldwide, supporting the end‑to‑end recruitment process for a fast‑growing company.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings on multiple job boards and social networks.
• Conduct headhunting activities and source candidates.
• Filter CVs, contact candidates and manage communication.
• Understand vacancy requirements to tailor the sourcing approach.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience.
• Knowledge of the IT market.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage time.
• Studies in Human Resources, Psychology or related fields.
