Remote Cloud Engineer – AI Code Review

About the role

We are seeking remote Cloud Engineers to join a paid AI training program across Latin America. In this role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the underlying models. The work is fully asynchronous, allowing you to contribute up to 40 hours per week based on project availability.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate code produced by AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive, and structured written feedback to improve AI responses.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at junior, mid‑level, or senior level.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Background in full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile, or any engineering discipline.
• Legally authorized to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
